Have You Tried a Tri Fold Shutter?

If you are here to see some Sweet November sneak peeks, please scroll down to my second post!

I had not tried to make a tri fold shutter card before I got the challenge at the All That Scraps Wednesday Challenge Blog for this week. I followed This Tutorial at SCS and it was actually much easier than it looked! (I found on step 6 that the measurement that said "Cut 2 pieces of patterned paper 1 7/8” x 3 7/8” should have been 1 3/8 by 3 7/8, but it is possible I did something wrong!)

I used the adorable Darby and Bumble from Sweet November Stamps to make a birthday card. The sentiment on the middle panel is just spelled out with some letter stickers from my stash!

The Details:
Stamp: Darby and Bumbles (Sweet November)
Paper: Imaginisce, White for card base (SU), White for images (Paper Trey Ink)
Ink: Momento Tuxedo Black
Copics:
Skin:R00,E00,E11,R20
Hair: YR00,YR04,YR09
Clothes and Bumble: Y11, Y06,Y15,Y17,Co, C5,C7,C9
Flower: R24, R27,R29,YG03,YG25,YG17
Misc: Flowers (Prima), Ribbon (SU), Stardust Stickles

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you will try your hand at a tri fold card, too!

These are fun to make but always seem to take much longer to decorate.
