Hi! How is your week so far? Mine is going well. Although I am enjoying my alone time, I miss my daughter. She is a real chatterbox and the house is so quiet without her here. I look forward to picking her up on Friday and hearing all about everything she has done at camp.
As soon as I saw the new Wardrobe 2 for Dress Me Anya and Ian (from The Greeting Farm) I had this idea to make paper dolls. I finally had the chance to work on it today! YAY! I used Velcro dots to put the dolls on the card so that they can be removed, and the clothes change by Velcro also. It did make it hard to get a good picture because the Velcro makes everything stand up like really big pop up dots. In person it's not that bad but in the picture it looks like the clothes cover part of their faces and they really don't.
The DP is from Fancy Pants Designs and I colored everything with Copics:
Anya's Hair: E02,E08,E09,E18
Ian's Hair: E21,E25,E27,E29
Have a wonderful day!
I just love the idea of the velcro and that you can change the clothes of Anya and Ian;)
And your colouring is fantastic as always!
Hope you'll have a nice day!
Hugs from Kristine;)
Amazing! I love all the different outfits and the "changeablity" of them! Your coloring is mind blowing!
SUPER FUN idea!!! AND I love the vibrant colors you chose! This is really brilliant, Traci. I love it so much!
Traci, these are so fabulous! I've been wanting to do this same thing with my dress me anya and ian but I don't have their wardrobe!!! I think I still want to do it, but I'll end up using all the other Anya's and Ian's I have for the clothes... I might have to get on that!
Oh my gosh! Looks like you're having a grand ol' time with the dress up stamp set!! What a fun card. . .I love the interactive idea of being able to dress up the images!! You are so creative and wow, such pretty coloring too!!!
I feel the same way when my daughter isn't home. . .my daughter makes a lot of noise especially with her laughter so it can be really quiet when she's not at home.
Un bonito blog, y unos bonitos trabajos. Te felicito desde España
OMGosh what a brilliant idea, i love it. I know i've got some velcro dots somewhere, think i'll have to 'steal' this idea, lol. Your colouring is divine as always, i wish i could get mine as good, you have a wonderful sense of light and dark, i love looking at your work.
Hope your well
