Mystery Monday - CASEing Tanya!

Hello! Today at Club Anya's Mystery Monday's we are CASEing an absolutely delightful card by Tanya Tahir! This is her card here:

I didn't stray too far from her original look, I loved it so much! I decided to make mine more of a boy card and I used Oh Boy Ian and gave him a little froggy friend from the Down by the Pond set, but I did stick with the fun Echo Park paper (I used a different collection, though.) I also really loved the Ric Rack and couldn't bring myself to change that either!!

The Details:Stamp: Oh Boy Ian, Frog from Down By the Pond - both The Greeting Farm, sentiment from Hero Arts
Paper: Echo Park (A Walk in the Park), Taken With Teal (SU), White (Papertrey Ink)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Walnut Stain Distress Ink
Copics:
Skin: E000,E00,E11,R20
Hair: E33,E35,E57,E59,E79
Clothes: E30,E31,E34,BG45,BG49, BG09,Y15,Y08,Y17
Frog: YG00,YG03,YG95, all with RV10 over them
Misc: Martha Stewart Grass Punch, Ric Rack from Taylored Expressions

I hope you will join us in CASEing this wonderful card! There is a prize up for grabs for one lucky winner. You can get all of the details at Club Anya (plus see what the rest of the DT made from this inspiring card!)

It's an Underwater Circus!

Uugh, Water...I don't really even want to think about water right now! I just discovered that the pilot light for my water heater went out sometime earlier today and now when we light it, it won't stay lit. So, we have called a plumber (the one recommended to us!) and they have yet to return our call! (I am setting this to auto post so this is all going on Thursday night!) Well, at least this little Mermaid Sweety is enjoying her water adventures!

The Details:
Stamps: Mermaid Anya, Fish from Down by the Pond, Hat from Showtime - all The Greeting Farm
Paper: My Minds Eye, Taken With Teal, Old Olive, PTI White
Copics:
Skin: R00,E00,E11,R20
Hair:BG11,BG32,BG34,BG72,BG75,BG78
Tail and hat: YG95,YG97,YG99
Fish:Y17,YR15,YR16,YR18
Misc: Liquid Pearls, Clear Dew Drops, Clear Microbeads on the tail, the seaweed is a Martha Stewart leaf punch.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

A Very Late Farm Fresh Friday Card!

Boy, I can not seem to find the time to do all of the stamping that I want to do (hence the very last minute Farm Fresh Friday card!) Last weeks Farm Fresh Friday challenge (from The Greeting Farm blog) was this sketch by Jessica (I just love it when it's a sketch by Jessica!!) :
I have really been trying to use some older papers that I bought and never used (even though I really liked them!) so this is from a retired SU pack called Good Morning Sunshine. I also had never inked this adorable turtle and bunny up, so I played with them too! This is another card to go to my Father-in-Law who wants Thank You cards to give to his friends.

The Details:
Stamp: Down By The Farm - The Greeting Farm
Paper: Good Morning Sunshine - SU, Kiwi Kiss, Choc CHip - SU, PTI White
Copics:
Turtle:
Body: YG03,YG17, With W0 over both because it was way too bright
Shell:YG95,YG97,E47,E49
Flower:Y11,Y15,Y17
Carrot:Y17,Y38
Bunny: W0,W1,R00,R02
Shadows:C0,C1,C3

Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!

Have a Fintastic Tuesday!

Hi Everyone! How is your week so far? Mine is moving along just fine..... My daughter has taken swimming lessons for the past year or so. It's the only sport-type activity she really likes, although she's not on the swim team or anything. She has not advanced to that point yet. With her lessons you pay for the next month right at the end of the current lessons, but the lessons don't always start and end at the same time each month. Because of how it's done, it is sometimes hard to get in to the next session if your not already signed up (if that makes any sense). This is a very long story to say I took her out of lessons in December because we were going on vacation and it took me until now to get her back in. She had her first swim class since November yesterday and she is so excited to be back in the water. So when I came home, I had to stamp this little fishy!

I had so much fun making this card. It was one of those times where everything just came together so easily and I am so happy with the finished card! The DP is K&Co, the cardstock is SU - Kiwi Kiss and Night of Navy, and the ribbon is SU. The seaweed was made with a Martha Stewart oak leaf punch and I used Dew Drops and Crystal Effects for the bubbles. The fish and the sentiment were colored with Copics:

Y35, Y38, YR04, YR07, YR09, R27, R29

Thanks for stopping by!
