A Sweet and Toxic Release Day!

My card today uses one of the stamps from the Sweet & Toxic set. I have not gotten a straight answer about which one he is so I guess it is up to us individually! Maybe he is both!? I was going for a more grunge-y feel, but I couldn't resist adding lots of sparkle, too!

Hoppin' With Anya and Ian

Hi! I hope your weekend was wonderful!! I had just a little time for stamping and so I was able to finish up my projects for the Club Anya Customer blog hop!! My first project is a Christmas card holder in the shape of Santa's cottage. (I got the idea of using one of these houses I found at Micheals from Joni - A Sticky Situation. She has made some of the most wonderful house creations!!) I like to think of Santa and Mrs Claus living in a very Gingerbread-y house. There is snow on the roof (liquid applique) , icicles hanging off of the roof (Martha Stewart punch), "gumdrop" buttons with Dazzling Diamonds glitter for their sparkle. The entire house was sprayed with Baby's Breath Shimmerz Spritz so it's very sparkly in real life. Mr and Mrs Clause also have several of their elf friends and Rudolf on their way over for a visit! (And please ignore the white plastic container - that is what I usually place my cards in when I take a picture and I just wasn't thinking about this project being much bigger than a card!!)

I also made a card for the KISS challenge (Keep It Simple Shaped) for Farm Fresh Friday at The Greeting Farm. Please don't yell at me about Hula Anya getting cold - she was very excited about the snow and couldn't resist going out to play in it! I gave her hot cocoa and told her to dress more warmly next time!! But back to the challenge - we were to use only our straight cutters, but were allowed one punch (which I used for the snowflakes. They are the leftover flakes that come off when you use the EK Success Snowflake Border punch.)

Happy Anyaversary!!

Hi All! I am so excited to be celebrating the One Year Anniversary of the Greeting Farm with all of you!! Happy Birthday Anya!! And a big thanks to all of you for loving and supporting TGF!! Happy Birthday (Cards) to Me!

I had a fantastic birthday yesterday! I slept in late and my DH made me breakfast while my DD was making me a card. We went to see the new Harry Potter movie, then I went to the LSS and shopped for paper, then to 2 bookstores and Micheals and finally to dinner! It was fabulous! I have been stamping the past couple of days but I thought today I would show you two of the homemade cards I received.

The first is from the Fabulous Jessica from The Whimsical Butterfly :


And this one my sweet daughter made me. My DH says she did it entirely herself!


And speaking of birthdays, have you heard the news about The Greeting Farm's upcoming First Birthday? The August release will be a COMBINED TGF/ Club Anya release! That's right, the Farmers, Gardeners, and Team Anya are all joining farm forces for what we hope to be our biggest and best release EVER! AND we want YOU to be a part of it to!
