A Cute Troop Bridging Ceremony

Hi! I am so late today!! I actually had this card ready last night and went to have it auto post but when I was looking at the photo I had taken of the card I realized a few pieces of the tape backing for the pop up dots had stuck to my card with static cling and I didn't notice it when I took the picture! (Whew! That was a looong sentence!) Anyway, I had no light to take the picture by at that time of the night so I had to re-take it this morning.

My daughter's brownie troop had their Bridging Ceremony this past weekend so I thought I would make a card that showed my daughter being a Brownie and then being a Junior Girl Scout (yep, she has those pink streaks in her hair! I was shocked when my DH said "yes" when she asked for them!) I am going to let her send this to her PaPa along with some pictures from the ceremony. I have not had a chance to get the inverted scallop circles from Nestabilies (they are on my HUGE wishlist!) but I got this great idea from Sandra at Paper Funtastics to use my scallop scissors upside down for the same effect!
